How to find Realmgate in PoE 2
Realmgate can be found next to where you started the mapping process. The quickest way to return here is to click on floating house icon On the map screen (pictured above), this will focus the screen to the beginning of the mapping phase. Next to the Ziggurat stone is the Realmgate.
Sometimes the Home icon may overlap with the red skull icon. This indicates the location of the Burning Monolith. These two locations are generally close to each other. Click on one to find another.
How to use Realmgate in PoE 2
Unlike normal map nodes, Waystones do not work on Realmgate. The purpose of Realmgate is to guide the player to end the Pinnacle boss fight. There are currently four Pinnacle boss fights in the game that require Realmgate. Here's how to access them using Realmgate

Xesht We Are One (Disobey Pinnacle Boss): Total 300
disobey the burrTo create a Breachstone, use the Breachstone at Realmgate to gain access to the Xesht boss fight.
- Olroth, Origin of Autumn (Expeditions Pinnacle Boss): Use a level 79 or higher journal (Expeditions drop) by talking to Dannig in the Hideout. You can find Dannig randomly on the Expedition map, as well as three other Expedition NPCs (Rog, Gwennen, and Tujen). After that, he will reside. Permanently at your hiding place

Simulacrum (Delirium Pinnacle Event): Total 300
Simulacrum BurrTo create a Simulacrum which can be used at Realmgate instead of fighting a single boss. It creates a map with 15 waves of Delirium enemies, the most suitable mapping setting for this.
- King in the Mist (Ritual Pinnacle Boss): Get the Audience With the King item from the Ritual Favor system by using Tribute. Use it at Realmgate to gain access to this battle.
Trialmaster and Zarokh, the Temporal are late game bosses at the end of Trial of Chaos and Trial of Sekhemas respectively (4th Ascendancy version). They are not part of the Realmgate system.
Arbiter or Ash, the true end-game ultimate boss that is the strongest of them all. It can only be found in Burning Monolith, not through Realmgate to enter this battle. You'll need three Citadel keys to complete missions that you unlock as soon as you first encounter Burning Monolith.
