This attempt was infuriating. But he accepted this position because he had sacrificed a lot for it.

When Endeavor receives a message from Hawks He realized that the impending danger was great. And it would be overwhelming if they weren't prepared for it. And there must be more hands on deck for the coming war. There are only four months left. Endeavor's transformation began when he had a change of heart and decided to train all his apprentices, Bakugo, Midoriya, and Todoroki, leaving none behind and ensuring that they would become stronger.
