Deadpool & Wolverine dominated the summer movie headlines as it generated huge box office numbers and did things in the MCU movies that we never thought we'd see. It also introduced us to heroes we thought we'd never see again – and in one case, heroes we never thought we'd see at all – and those guest appearances were welcomed. Popular enough that the quartet of heroes became all Funko Pops.

As Deadpool and Wolverine navigate The Void, they find themselves in what appears to be some kind of military base. Taking a moment to collect myself and think about what to do next. At that moment, the heroes who called the base walked through the gate. And those of us who started watching Marvel movies before the MCU characters were part of the superhero lexicon have been rewarded with never losing faith.

Jennifer Garner's Elektra and Wesley Snipes' Blade were the first two superheroes to walk through the door, followed by Channing Tatum's Gambit, who unlike the other two never appeared in a Marvel film due to his Gambit project being cancelled. before starting The last to join was the grown-up X-23, the character who joined Wolverine in Logan and effectively had the mantle taken from him.

Their appearance was popular with fans. Not just because it felt good to see them back on the big screen. But also because they are more than just throwaway characters. They stuck around throughout the film and their contributions were important enough that they now have their own Funko Pops. Three of which can be seen above. Elektra figures will only be available in select stores. And her design will be revealed today or tomorrow.

Gambit's Pop is my personal favorite, as X-Man has his special power cards flicking between his hands. Pop from X-23 wields adamantium claws. This is slightly different from Wolverine's, as she only has two hands in each hand. Finally, Blade wears sunglasses and has a pistol in his left hand. This means that all three Pops are armed and ready to help Deadpool and Wolverine.

Deadpool & Wolverine will be streaming on Disney Plus as you read this. Which means if you haven't seen it yet. You can check it now. If nothing else, you should watch the first ten minutes. The Deadpool movie can't be missed when it comes to the opening credits. And the release of the third film is the best yet.
