In real life, “sickle technology” has not yet developed enough to sustain this technology on the farm, let alone the battlefield. However, in video games, sickles have always been a staple of massacres, and there are many examples where this simple harvesting tool can be transformed into a powerful weapon.
From RPGs to action games, the grim design makes the player feel like they're being killed, turning them into ghost hunters (and in many cases, actually being hunted). Scythes require a fair amount of movement skill to use, but players with enough wit can easily take down multiple enemies at once. Scythes are useful weapons, and reaping the rewards becomes a reward in themselves.

By nature, Reaper specialises in unleashing high-damage melee blasts on all enemies in range, at least once the Whirl of Death is unlocked. The only downside to this class is that it has a base level 70 requirement to play, meaning players must sown experience before they are allowed to reap the rewards of unleashing their inner evil.
Dante's Hell
Separating the sinners from the saints
After being threatened with eternal damnation and successfully defeating Death in hand-to-hand combat, Dante takes control of the Reaper's Scythe and soon after, he vows to atone for the sins of his loved ones. However, upon returning home, the souls of his father and wife are taken away. Naturally, Dante storms into Hell to wage war against Lucifer and his army.
Dante's HellDante's scythe slashes in wide arcs and lands terribly on the poor, rotting souls of the underworld. Flawless attacks build up a combo meter that unlocks game-ending finishing moves. As Dante continues to explore the rings of Hell, he can gain new abilities to enhance his scythe attacks.
Cruel Dawn
A valuable weapon in eliminating the endless streams of garbage
For a game with the word “grim” in its title, it’s perhaps unsurprising that a two-handed scythe can be used as a melee weapon. Cruel DawnWith its hybrid class system (or “specialization system”), almost every type of player can benefit from using it. For example, a Necromancer can pair perfectly with a Soldier or a Shaman.
Grim Dawn is a game about slaughtering hundreds of thousands of fragile, gory foes, and there’s no better feeling than taking down a horde of zombies than with this randomly-obtained weapon. High-level scythes can be found towards the end of the game, but with the Mage NPC, any two-handed weapon can change the scythe skin.
Guild Wars: Good Night

With the ability to attack three melee targets simultaneously with high damage. Guild WarsScythe weapons should fulfill the sweeping damage demands that scythe enthusiasts expect. Scythe mastery is one of the skills of a Cleric, but if chosen as a secondary class, any class in Guild Wars can use a scythe as long as they have a way to access the Elona map.
This melee mage is only available in Evening The campaign can be transported to other games, though. Guild Wars It's a multiplayer game, and the single-player aspect is pretty good, in part because of the variety of skills that make the scythe the most powerful area-of-effect weapon in the game.

Some Scythe games have a farmer as the main character or class, and use a grim reaper-inspired prototype instead. Dark Cider 2The main character of the story is the real Bone Rider, named Death in the first episode. Dark CiderHis dark brothers, War, often borrow his scythe to use on the battlefield.
Death is not one to give up easily, for he wields this weapon. His most valuable weapon is the “Harvester”, which he can summon with his mind. The Harvester can transform into any form his master desires, be it a sharp blade of stern shadow or a vast expanse of energy. Death can also transform into the “Grim Reaper” to process the crops from his corpses more quickly.
