It's actually a lot cuter than I'd say it is, but there's one issue that's lingered with Pokemon Sleep since its release: the dangers of sleeping with your phone plugged in just inches from your face. That's no longer an issue if you have a smartwatch.
Pokémon launches compatible smartwatch this week This means that if you own a model that's compatible with the sleep tracking app, you no longer need to leave your phone on your bed at night, where it can slip under your pillow and overheat. How to sync your smartwatch with Pokemon Sleep

Once you pair your watch or device with Pokemon Sleep, you'll be able to use the watch to track your sleep at night and never have to leave your phone next to you again. Tracking your sleep works a little differently when using the watch, as your phone will be locked and the app will close. When you open Pokemon Sleep in the morning, you'll be given an option to choose — on the title screen or the home screen where you meet Snorlax — Sync your sleep from the night before with the app–
